Raintree is a neighborhood that was built in the mid-’80s until the late ’90s. The entrance to the neighborhood has a very well landscaped divided median with evergreen shrubbery. The roadway to the neighborhood is lined with large beautiful trees. For the most part, these homes are traditional style with vinyl exteriors and some have brick veneer accent walls on the exterior. MCAS New River is only 10.5 miles from this neighborhood. It is less than 30 miles to North Topsail Beach, which is always a fun place to go.
