Mimosa Bay is a gated fishing village community located in Sneads Ferry, which is in Onslow County. The waterfront village is right by the basin where the New River flows into the Atlantic Ocean giving the local community easy access to the ocean.  It is only minutes from Topsail Island and 26 miles of pristine beaches, Jacksonville and Wilmington, where you will find shopping, dining, touring, schools, and all kinds of festivals and activities. One of the festivals is the renowned Shrimp Festival, which is an annual 3-day event where the locals and tourists gather to celebrate the local fishing industry.
