Foxhorn Village is a small community located in the city limits of Jacksonville. This community is small with several cul-de-sacs with sidewalks and streetlights. These homes are 3-4 bedrooms with a garage and are traditional in style. Most of the homes have privacy fences. The schools are Jacksonville Commons Elementary and Middle and Northside High School and are located right around the corner from the neighborhood. The main gate to Camp Lejeune is only about 7 miles from the community, and MCAS New River is about 8 miles to the gate and MARSOC is 20 miles to the gate. There are many stores, including a SAM’S and Walmart Supercenter, all within a few miles, and many restaurants close by, including a Cracker Barrel. There is also a Recreation Complex close by. This area has municipal water and sewer. Onslow Memorial Hospital is only a couple of miles from this community. From Foxhorn Village, you can be at Topsail Beach or Emerald Isle Beach in less than an hour. On either of these beaches, you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, fishing, boating, walking, shopping, and all kinds of water sports.
