Escoba Bay is a small, charming and unique community in Sneads Ferry, NC.  This neighborhood has both new and existing homes that are American Craftsman and Traditional styles, with some of them located on the water. There is lovely landscape here, including wooded areas full of wildlife. There is a yearly HOA fee to help with the boat ramps and the newly built dock that has seating on it, perfect for watching sunsets or enjoying the wildlife, a clubhouse that makes the perfect place for a party or to celebrate special occasions, fishing, a pool, playgrounds and horse stables. This neighborhood also has storage for boats and RV’s.  Camp Lejeune is about 5 miles away and MARSOC is about 6 miles and 17 miles to MCAS New River.  A short 10 minute drive will take you to North Topsail Beach. Local festivals are held throughout the year here, so there is something going on a lot of the time. If you like water sports, fishing or being on the beach, or playing golf, this is a perfect area for you.  North Shore Country Club is close by and there are many specialty stores. There is also dining and shopping all around you. The schools are: Dixon Elementary, Dixon Middle and Dixon High School. The drive to Jacksonville is only 30 minutes and Wilmington is a hour. Either one of these two places will have all the amenities you need or want if you don’t find it in Sneads Ferry or at Topsail Beach.
