| About Myself |
Originally from Charlotte, I earned my Bachelor of Arts
degree from Duke University. After founding, (and serving as
president of), a sales and consulting organization for over twenty
(20) years, I obtained my real estate license in 1996.
In February of 2003, after decades of sales and marketing
experience, I joined the staff of First Carolina, REALTORS, in
Havelock, NC, an organization widely noted and highly regarded
for its experienced professional staff. Five of its Brokers have
earned the CRS designation from the Council of Residential
Specialists. Less than 4% of residential Real Estate Brokers in
the United States have earned this designation. First Carolina,
REALTORS is a member of both the Neuse River Region
Association of REALTORS Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the
Carteret County Association of REALTORS MLS system. Currently,
I serve on the Board of Directors for the Neuse River Region
Association of REALTORS (NRRAR) Multiple Listing Service.
My love of sailing and the desire for waterfront living drew my
wife and me to the coastal area of North Carolina and in 1996 we
made the move to become permanent residents of the area. My
wife works with the at Craven County Public School System as the
Administrator of Federal Systems for North Carolina in Craven
County. We share our waterfront home with our ninety-four pound
black lab, Star, and eighteen pound peek-a-poo, Nicky. The
boss, to no one's surprise, is Nicky. |

Prospective Buyer, Many times, the hardest part of purchasing a new home or investing in property is the initial first step.
