| About Myself |
I may not have been born in the South but I got here as
soon as I could! Along the way I have lived in Florida, California,
Hawaii, South Carolina and Okinawa, Japan. Being married to a
Marine will take you all over the world; and I believe it! Those
experiences, coupled with top notch real estate education, have
enabled me to enjoy a highly successful real estate career.
The purchase or sale of a home is one of the most important
financial decisions a family will ever make. I believe it should
also be one of the most enjoyable. My focus will be on
your wants, needs and objectives. My emphasis will be on helping
you enjoy the process as much as you do your home. When it
comes to buying or selling a home, your goals are my
goals. I'll help you clearly define your objectives and I'll put all
of my marketing skills and real estate expertise to work on your
behalf. Only when we've accomplished your real estate
goals will I have achieved mine. Since 1987, I've helped over

In the spring of 2003 after giving birth to 4 beautiful boys in a row, my husband and I decided it was time we had a daughter. We were sure the only way we would ever have a girl is to adopt one so we embarked on an incredible journey to bring our daughter home from Ukraine. At the time we were living on base which was not satisfactory with soon-to-be 5 children. We decided it was time to find a bigger home. We were miraculously led to Sue Boyer. Sue is easily the best REALTOR in North Carolina! She is friendly, professional and smart. She knows this area inside and out and her excellence as both a Buyer's and Seller's Agent is amazing! I am sure her sales record speaks for itself, but there is far more to Sue Boyer that just her ability sell a house. She helped us every step of the way. First, she found us an incredible builder and then she spent numerous hours with us helping us sort through color choices. We valued her input immensely! Most importantly, she stepped in and took over for us when we were notified on a Monday that we needed to be in Ukraine for our adoption interview on that next Friday! We were supposed to close on our home during the time we were to be away! Sue went right into gear and we had no doubt that we could trust her with our Power of Attorney as she attended the closing for us. She did our final walkthrough and was as meticulous about it as we would have been if we were able to be there ourselves. She even arranged to have the lawn watered until we returned so the new grass seed wouldn't die off. Best of all, we returned to our beautiful new home in Tucker Creek, with our gorgeous new daughter and found balloons on the mailbox and a bright red plant at the front door. What a nice WELCOME HOME! Since then I have referred other friends to Sue and they also have received the same great care and attention. Of course we will be listing our home with her when we move on. The biggest difference between Sue and some of the other REALTORS we have worked with over the years is that she is not just in the business for a commission. She truly loves her work and it shows. We have both bought and sold a home with Sue Boyer. When we purchased our home in 1999 it was new construction that was almost complete so we were able to make a lot of the finishing choices. Sue played an intricate part in helping us with all the decisions. She was with us from start to finish and she kept us well informed.
